PLANO REACHES SETTLEMENT WITH U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE CITY TO PAY $433,000 OVER AMBULANCE BILLING DISPUTE

A dispute between the U.S. Department of Justice and Plano over ambulance billing has reached a settlement. The city of Plano has agreed to pay a little more than $433,000 based on incorrect coding used to recieve Medicare/Medicaid reimbursements.
