Peter N. Karvelis

Biographical Information

Prior to founding Karvelis | APC in 2009, Peter was a partner at the boutique San Diego firm of Keegan Baker, LLP, where he represented and advised individuals and private companies across various industries on a wide range of complex business transactions (including, private debt and equity issuances, secured financing, real estate and business acquisition and disposition, leasing and asset management, joint ventures, incorporation, corporate governance, employment matters, estate planning, trademark), business litigation, wage & hour class action litigation and catastrophic injury litigation. Peter's Greek roots and passion for entrepreneurship, coupled with the demand for a small firm focusing on the legal needs of the individual client and small to medium size business, ultimately led him to to start his own practice.
