Pete Albanis has been a member of the firm's National Consumer Class Action and Mass Tort Department since 2009. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Albanis spent several years with a large Chicago law firm defending corporations in complex commercial, intellectual property, and securities lawsuits. Currently, he primarily represents homeowners in defective Chinese drywall cases. In addition, he handles other mass tort matters nationwide involving defective products, gross negligence, and strict products liability.
