Biographical Information

Attorney Patrick D. Newton practices in the Hendersonville, North Carolina office of Strauss & Associates, P.A., an Estate Planning Boutique firm with offices in Hendersonville and Asheville. His practice ranges from sophisticated estate tax planning for high net worth clients to providing pro bono service through Pisgah Legal Services.

Mr. Newton took on the challenge of three step-daughters (Rhiannon, Alyssandra & Adriana) when he married Amy. A few years later, they celebrated the birth of another daughter, McKinley. This gives Mr. Newton a first-hand perspective on the estate planning needs of complex families.

Mr. Newton is active in the community, serving on the Board for the Friends of Carl Sandburg at Connemara and serving on the Planned Giving Committee for Pardee Hospital.
