Biographical Information

Patrick G. Guinn Sr. was born in Muskogee, Oklahoma on January 14, 1955 to Fred D. Guinn Jr. and Fayrene (McCoy) Guinn. Mr. Guinn has lived most of his life in Muskogee except for short stints in Tulsa, Oklahoma, a couple of other places in Oklahoma, two temporary periods at Fort Benning, Georgia, and the approximately 12 year period in Fort Gibson, Oklahoma while raising his two children there. He has been married to his one and only wife, Wilma Jean (Brock), formerly of Tulsa for 32 years. They have two children, Angela Faye Guinn Skinner, age 31, of Tahlequah, OK, and Patrick G. Guinn Jr., age 30, of Fort Gibson. Angela is married to Mike Skinner and Patrick Jr. is married to Melissa (Young). Patrick Sr. worked for approximately 15 years in the Restaurant and food service business before going back to school to get a teaching degree, masters in Education and finally a law degree. He currently works full time in the office of US Senator Tom Coburn and has a part time law practice working in the area Wills and Trusts.

Mr. Guinn served for approximately 11 years in the Oklahoma Army National Guard as both an enlisted person and a Commissioned Officer.
He attended Infantry Basic and Advanced Individual Training (AIT) at Fort Benning Georgia.
Then a year and a half later, after completing Officer Candidate School, he attended the Infantry Officer Basic Branch Course at Fort Benning, Georgia.
