NAZI GUARD ASKS US SUPREME COURT TO STAY EXTRADITION TO GERMANY

A former Nazi death camp guard asked the US Supreme Court Wednesday to grant a stay of deportation while he fights extradition to Germany to face charges of aiding in the wartime murder of thousands of Jews.
