NJ SUPREME COURT APPOINTS SPECIAL MASTER TO EXAMINE SCHOOL AID CUTS

TRENTON -- The state Supreme Court has appointed a judge to examine whether $1 billion in school aid cuts have hurt education to the point of violating the constitutional mandate for local schools.
