NJ SUPREME COURT JUSTICE GETS TENURE

Lawmakers have confirmed the reappointment of New Jersey Supreme Court Justice Barry Albin. The state Senate voted 27-11 to grant tenure to the 56-year-old Albin, meaning he will be eligible to serve until age 70. All 23 Democrats supported his reappointment, as did four Republicans.
