MURDER-ARMED ROBBERY CASE GOING TO VERMILION GRAND JURY

DANVILLE – Vermilion County prosecutors plan to take their evidence against a man charged in a fatal shooting in October to a grand jury in the near future. As a result, a preliminary hearing for 28-year-old Davieon Harper of Danville set for Thursday was canceled, Assistant State's Attorney Kavita Uppal said that afternoon.
