Mullins Cheese, Inc. has settled its claims through court-ordered mediation against milk producers and haulers for fraud, according to a statement. The lawsuit was filed against nine former milk haulers and milk producers for fraud that included switching and mixing milk samples, the release said. The settlement amount is confidential.
