Our firm's roots in northern Illinois extend back more than 100 years to John D. Clancy, who first practiced law and was a Justice of the Peace in Riverside, Cook County, around the turn of the century. An unbroken succession of Clancys have practiced in Cook County, Kane County and their surrounding areas ever since, with the predecessor to Clancy Law opening its doors a quarter century ago. We are also unusual in the sense that our firm is both small and intimate, yet is led by personal injury lawyers with extraordinary experience in courtrooms across Illinois and the country.
