Michael Shepard, the founder of the Shepard Law Firm, is a Boston Personal Injury Lawyer with a special and particular emphasis on Mesothelioma and Asbestos Litigation. He has been practicing Law for more than a decade, and has a proven track record of success in defending the public. From the beginning, he built the firm and his personal practice around three ideals; care for clients must be comprehensive, compassionate, and dedicated. These ideals are the basis of his success in the legal field, and why he has been able to provide clients with millions of dollars in compensation.

Michael Shepard began his legal career working on behalf of persons injured by exposure to asbestos, working for a multi-state law firm representing asbestos victims in over a dozen states. In January of 1998, Attorney Shepard started his own firm to concentrate on representing victims in cases involving asbestos exposure, medical drug and device defects, products liability, transportation defects and injuries, nursing home abuse and neglect, and other serious injury cases. He has represented victims in many states from Maine to California, in both state and federal courts. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an exclusive group of trial lawyers around the country who have obtained multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for their clients. He is an active alumnus of Providence College, and serves as a member of the school's Boston President's Council. Attorney Shepard also participates in many local charities and civic activities.
