Michael K McKell

Biographical Information

Michael K. McKell is the president of Michael K. McKell, P.C. He grew up in a small community located in Southeastern Utah. Growing up, Michael was fortunate to learn the value for hard work and community dedication from his parents. Following his graduation from high school, he attended Southern Utah University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. Following his graduation from Southern Utah University, Michael attended the University of Idaho he obtained his law degree.

Mr. McKell is an active member of the Utah Association for Justice and participates in the American Inn of Court. He frequently reviews medical malpractice claims as a chairperson for the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing. Mr. McKell was recently nominated to the Board of Governors with the Utah Association for Justice.

In addition to the practice of law, Mr. McKell is an adjunct professor at Utah Valley University where he teaches in the communications department. He is also a licensed title and escrow officer affiliated with Investors Title Insurance Agency.

Mr. McKell is a member of the Spanish Fork Kiwanis Club and served as past President of the Payson Kiwanis Club. Mr. McKell is also an active member of the Spanish Fork Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. McKell and his wife, Brandi, have four children, Landon, Madison, Dallan, and Kandalyn. He enjoys spending time with his family and participating in outdoor recreation especially fishing!
