Michael Dergo

Biographical Information

Michael Dergo is an experienced litigator who focuses his practice on corporate formation, mergers and acquisitions, business representation, criminal litigation and civil litigation. He received his B.A. in Business Administration from Augustana College, completed the Comparative and Transnational Law Program at the University of Bourdeaux (France), and was conferred his Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, from Northern Illinois University, where he served as Editor of the Law Review, was a National Moot Court Finalist and winner of the Best Brief Award, and he was the first two-term President of the Phi Delta Phi honors fraternity.

Michael is a member of the State Bars of Arizona, Illinois and Iowa and is admitted in multiple Federal jurisdictions.
