Michael W Bouldin

Biographical Information

Michael W. Bouldin has been in private practice for 16 years. He practices in Norhtern Kentucky and Southern Ohio, focusing primarily in Boone, Campbell, Kenton and Hamilton counties. He has represented criminal defendants in nearly every type of criminal defense. Mike handles numerous DUI defenses as well as assaults, drug possession and trafficking, and numerous other charges.

Michael also practices and is well versed in the area of domestic relations, or family law. Domestic relations covers divorce, custody and child support, division of marital assets and debts as well as adoptions. Domestic practice includes antenuptual agreements, divorce counseling, trial and mediation as well as post divorce decree issues.

Michael grew up in Northern Kentucky and attended Highlands High School. Undergraduate studies focused on Business Economics at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Mike then received his Juris Doctorate law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law which is located at NKU.

Michael has been married for 18 years to his wife, Julie and they have two boys, Max and Leo. They reside in Union, Kentucky with their dog, Cabo.
