MASSAGE BUSINESS AWARDED $20,000 SETTLEMENT FROM TOWN

MERRILLVILLE | Healing Sanctuary received a $20,000 settlement from the town more than two years after filing a lawsuit that challenged a former town ordinance prohibiting massage businesses from using the word "massage" in front of their locations, an owner of the business said Friday.
