Biographical Information

From 1996-1999 I was a case manager for the Personal Injury law firm of Laub & Laub in Reno, NV. I learned a great deal about insurance claims, medical bills and the area of personal injury

From 2002-2005 I was a prosecuting attorney for the Cascade County Attorney's Office in Great Falls, Montana. I prosecuted every crime from DUI to Deliberate Homicede (murder). I held hundreds of trials incluing many jury trials. I achieved a significant conviction percentage and then utilized that knowledge and skill to represent those that were accused.

In 2005-Present, I opened the Judnich Law office which focuses practice on Criminal Defense law as well as personal injury insurance claims. We utilize this knowledge to give our clients the greatest opportunity to maximize their claims and stand the best chance if criminally accused.
