Martin Shelton leads Scoggins & Goodman's environmental practice group where his practice focuses on environmental litigation; compliance and permitting; site assessment, clean-up and re-development; sustainability as well as the protection and management of natural resources. Martin is a past Chair of the Georgia State Bar Environmental Law Section and was named a Georgia SuperLawyers Rising Star in 2009 and a Georgia SuperLawyer in 2010 and 2011.
