Biographical Information

I was born and raised in Woburn, Massachusetts, the Boston suburb made famous by the best-selling non-fiction novel and movie, A Civil Action. I moved to Los Angeles, California in 1989. During the early 1990s, I was certified as an Emergency Medical Technician and joined the California Emergency Mobile Patrol Search and Rescue team, serving as Treasurer on the organization's Board of Directors. As a member of CEMP, I helped provide essential search and rescue services in conjunction with the Los Angeles Police Department during the 1994 Northridge earthquake. In 1999, I began working as a civilian contractor at the U.S. Air Force Flight Test Center at Edwards Air Force Base. While working on numerous military flight test programs at Edwards AFB and raising three young daughters with my wife, I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Management, graduating summa cum laude from Regis University in 2006.

I next relocated to Las Vegas with my family in 2006 to attend the William S. Boyd School of Law and earned my Juris Doctorate degree in December 2009. During law school I served as the 2007-08 President of the Law Student Chapter of the Nevada Justice Association (formerly the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association). I was selected as the Boyd School of Law Community Service Program's Outstanding Student in Family Law as well as the overall program's Outstanding Student for Fall 2007. Additionally, I participated in the Clark County Legal Services & William S. Boyd School of Law Partners in Pro Bono Program from January 2008 through December 2008 and was a finalist in the law school's First Annual Society of Advocates Mock Trial Competition in October 2009. I continue to support Boyd School of Law as an active alumnus. I worked full-time throughout law school, first as a Litigation Paralegal at a successful personal injury firm before joining Dziminski & Associates as a Law Clerk in June 2008.

Now an Attorney at Dziminski & Associates, I primarily practice in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury, family law, business litigation, bankruptcy and insurance defense. In addition to my Nevada State Bar membership, I am a member of the Nevada Justice Association, the Clark County Bar Association, the American Association for Justice and the American Bar Association. I am committed to a life-long pursuit of knowledge and education in order to best advocate for my clients.
