Mark B Bullman

Biographical Information

Mark B. Bullman attended the University of Georgia for both his undergraduate and Law School education. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude (with highest honors). He has been a practicing trial attorney since 1993 in State and Federal courts of Georgia and is a member of the bar of the United States Supreme Court.

His law practice specializes in the representation of victims and injured parties and businesses. In his business practice, Mr. Bullman assists business with disputes with other companies, shareholders, business fraud issues and contract review and negotiations.

He is a lecturer on various topics in the legal field and has been featured in both local and national print mediums and television news stories regarding various cases. A few links to these stories are found below.

Mr. Bullman worked in Washington, D.C. for United States Senator Sam Nunn where he worked on various judicial nominations and other legislation and funding bills. He is a former Athens Police Department (APD) Officer and Clarke County Deputy Sheriff. While a police officer he was a road and traffic officer and the crime prevention supervisor. While crime prevention supervisor, he worked on various school and court-ordered drug awareness and prevention programs for children, teens, and parents, as well as taught self-defense courses for women, among other duties.

Mr. Bullman is the president and board member of the Crime Victims Advocacy Council (CVAC) which provides counseling and support to crime victims in the judicial process and lobbies for passage of legislation to assist crime victims. Mr. Bullman established a scholarship program for victims and/or surviving family members which is awarding scholarships to multiple recipients through CVAC.
