Biographical Information

Mr. Ozzello was born and raised in Pueblo, Colorado. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Georgetown University and his Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University - School of Law.

During law school, Mr. Ozzello was selected to and served as an Editor of the Pepperdine Law Review and the American Bar Association Symposium on Victim's Rights. As a member of the Law Review, he published two articles: Enjoining Politically Motivated Strikes In Federal Courts; The Jacksonville Bulk Terminal Case, 10 Pepperdine L.Rev. 489 (1983); and The California Supreme Court Survey: A Review of Decisions, 10 Pepperdine L.Rev. 835 (1983). Mr. Ozzello was also the only second-year student to ever serve as a teaching assistant.

Prior to forming Arias, Ozzello and Gignac, Mr. Ozzello was associated with the law firm of Tipler & Tipler, where he received litigation and defense training from Harvey J. Tipler, a former Alabama Supreme Court Associate Justice Pro Tem. Before establishing his own litigation and corporate practice in Orange County, he had been associated with a Los Angeles firm where he handled complex civil-litigation matters.

Mr. Ozzello is admitted to practice law in both state and federal courts in California. Mr. Ozzello is a member of the American Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. He has also served as Judge Pro Tem for the Orange County Municipal Court.
