Marcy Peek

Biographical Information

With over 13 years of legal experience, Ms. Peek has become a primary source for top-notch legal representation on issues ranging from contracts negotiation to intellectual property. An honors graduate of the prestigious Harvard Law School, Ms. Peek never settles for good enough as she always goes above and beyond for her clients. Her hybrid professional experience including that of a law professor, attorney and business development professional make her a valuable resource. She has served as a law professor at Whittier College of Law teaching contracts, intellectual property, remedies and information privacy. Prior to that, Ms. Peek. served as an associate at one of the nation's oldest and most respected law firms, Cravath, Swaine & Moore. During her time there, she litigated and arbitrated a variety of matters as part of a team of attorneys, including a contractual dispute regarding a telecommunications agreement. Her duties also included litigation document review and writing memoranda regarding ongoing client matters. As a business development professional, Ms. Peek served as the Director of Business Development and Legal Affairs for ScheduleOnline. While at this position, Ms. Peek drafted, reviewed, and negotiated a variety of contracts including licensing, partnership, reseller, and affiliate agreements. She also coordinated legal support from ScheduleOnline's outside counsel and led the business development team on matters such as press releases, marketing, joint ventures, and licensing of the company's scheduling software.
