Madan Ahluwalia

Biographical Information

Madan Ahluwalia has a law degree from Punjabi University, Patiala (PB), India and has also studied in the U. S. He graduated from the San Francisco Law School with a Juris Doctorate degree in 1994. He passed the California Bar Exam in November 1994 and immediately began his career as an attorney by going into private law practice. Community response was very positive and Madan was able to achieve immediate results for his clients.

What is the driving force behind his success on behalf of clients all over the bay area? His desire to work first hand with clients and help those most in need of legal consultation. As his experience grew, so did the practice. He slowly branched out from offering immigration advice to consulting and practicing civil litigation law and small business law and then to estate planning. Lately, due to the economic conditions, he has been helping many clients with foreclosure related issues (short sale, loan modification, lawsuits against lender, bankruptcy, etc.).
