Luke T Deaver

Biographical Information

Luke maintains a diverse general legal practice. In his transactional practice, Luke has helped numerous clients with their estate planning needs, from the typical estate plan that provide protection for minor children to more nuanced estate plans that involve various tax sheltering strategies. Luke also has a broad experience in handling business and farm/ranch issues from succession plans, purchase transactions, entity formation, and corporate maintenance. In his litigation practice, Luke has had the privilege to appear before many Nebraska trial courts all across the state from as far west as Box Butte County (Alliance) and Dawes County (Chadron) to as far east as Douglas County (Omaha) and Cass County (Plattsmouth). Luke's litigation practice also includes representing individuals in Social Security Disability Appeals.

Luke and his wife, Becky, have four boys. Luke and Becky are active members of All Saints Catholic Church in Holdrege and enjoy volunteering in organizations within the community. Luke also enjoys introducing his boys to the outdoors and his hobbies of hunting, fishing, hiking and camping.
