Biographical Information

Loretta Story focuses her practice in the area of Family Law with an emphasis on collaborative law and mediation. Loretta’s practice includes divorce, separation, custody and support issues and domestic violence. She brings over 17 years of legal experience to her practice. Loretta believes that through the use of the collaborative process, family law matters can be resolved in a respectful manner without the threat of litigation. She welcomes the opportunity to serve parties as either a collaborative attorney or a mediator.

Having represented victims of domestic violence for over 15 years, Loretta has an acute understanding of the emotional, physical and financial concerns and safety issues associated with obtaining protection orders and separating from one’s partner.
