LAWYER WANTS LAW ENFORCERS WHO BUNGLED VIZCONDE MASSACRE PROBE PUNISHED

Law enforcers who bungled the investigation on the Vizconde massacre could be sued for gross negligence, a lawyer told InterAksyon.com on Tuesday after a multi-agency task force came out with the finding that Hubert Webb, one of the accused who was acquitted in the gruesome killings, was in the Philippines when the crime happened in June 1991.
