LAWYER TO BE REFERRED TO DISCIPLINARY TRIBUNAL

SINGAPORE: Lawyer Leonard Loo Peng Chee, who was rebuked by a judge last year for providing "slipshod or non-existent work" to his clients, will be referred to a disciplinary tribunal after a number of complaints were launched against his conduct and professional service.
