LAWYER LOSES LICENSE OVER CLIENT PAY

The Ohio Supreme Court indefinitely suspended the law license of a Columbus lawyer yesterday for pocketing thousands of dollars in fees for work he never performed and failing to tell his clients he did not have malpractice insurance.
