LAWYER IN TEXAS KILLS 900LB. ALLIGATOR

(CNN) -- The 14-foot, 900-pound alligator was killed by a Dallas lawyer with just a single shot to the head. Levi McCathern says he was inspired by the TV show "Swamp People" and got special permission to hunt the gator. It took him and his guide two days to stalk the gator down the Trinity River. The reptile will now join other hunting trophies on McCathern's wall.
