LAWYER CLEARED OF EMBEZZLING FEES

DUBAI - An Indian lawyer was cleared by the Court of First Instance on Monday of misappropriating more than Dh80,000 paid in fees by a client when the advocacy and legal consultancy office where he worked had not assigned him to collect the fees.
