(DALLAS – April 13, 2011) The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has fined the Lady Bug Oil Company of Blackwell, Oklahoma, $2,900 for violating the Clean Water Act’s Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) regulations
