(WHAS11) -- Kentucky reaches a $10 million settlement with two drug makers accused of inflating wholesale prices. Attorney General Jack Conway's office pursued the case, saying Alpharma UPSD and Purepac Pharmaceutical inflated prices and then allegedly causing Kentucky’s Medicaid program to pay more for their drugs.
