Biographical Information

As a Washington personal injury lawyer with 30 years of litigation experience, Kirk Bernard will work tirelessly and yield to no obstacle until your rights have been restored, those liable have been penalized, and justice has been served. In 1999, Bernard & Lundgren, PLLC was formed with his partner Gail M. Lundgren, and together they worked on numerous catastrophic injury cases including a motorcycle case involving inadequate signage in a highway construction zone with disabling injuries for $5.5 million. After taking more than thirty depositions and arguing numerous motions, the case was settled within two weeks prior trial. Mr. Bernard also worked on a commercial establishment alcohol liability case for $1.5 million, and another commercial establishment alcohol liability case with the bartender who over served the driver as the plaintiff for $725,000.00.

In 2004, the firm became known as Bernard Law Group, PLLC dba Bernard & Lindquist. Kirk Bernard successfully represented numerous claimants in product liability matters against the manufactures of Vioxx, Baycol, Ortho Evra, Fen Phen. He also co-counseled with numerous well known attorneys such as Mark Geragos of Geragos and Geragos in the representation of the passengers in a Chinese Baptist Church van against Ford Motors which settled at the time of mediation for a confidential amount. Attorney Brian Panish co-counseled with Mr. Bernard on a wrongful death and catastrophic injury case against the City of San Francisco which resulted in a verdict of 27 million dollars.
