Ken earned his Juris Doctorate, with honors, from the University of Puget Sound School of Law in 1986 and is a long-time member of the Washington State Association for Justice and the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association.

Ken has successfully operated offices in Tacoma and Port Orchard since their establishment in 1999, as part of the merger with Graham Lundberg & Peschel and his prior firm, Golden & Associates.
