Justin Paul Caldarone

Biographical Information

Former prosecutor Justin Caldarone is an experienced litigator and trial attorney who is ready to take the skills he has acquired and put them to work for you in your criminal or personal injury matter.

After receiving his juris doctorate degree from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts, Mr. Caldarone was appointed as an Assistant State Attorney for the Miami-Dade County State Attorney's Office where he served the citizens of Miami-Dade County for a number of years. As a prosecutor, he successfully tried as lead counsel and handled hundreds of misdemeanor and felony cases. That extensive experience has prepared Mr. Caldarone to handle all criminal matters.

Seeking to expand the litigation skills and legal experience Mr. Caldarone obtained as an Assistant State Attorney, he accepted a position at American International Group where he defended hundreds of AIG policyholders involved in serious personal injury cases. Mr. Caldarone stands ready to put that knowledge to work for you to get the best outcome for your personal injury matter.

Mr. Caldarone is admitted to practice law in all state and federal courts in Florida, as well as the United States Supreme Court and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Caldarone received his B.A. degree in Sociology and M.A. degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.
