JURY FINDS ELLIS GUILTY OF MURDER IN AMBER HARRIS CASE

OMAHA — A Douglas County jury has found Roy Ellis Jr. guilty of killing 12-year-old Amber Harris in 2006. Ellis could face the death penalty. The remains of Harris were found in May 2006 in Hummel Park in far northeast Omaha. She had been missing since 2005.
