GRAND RAPIDS -- It took a jury less than three hours Friday to decide that Todd Reinholt torched the Heritage Hill home where he lived in January. For 80-year-old homeowner Laura DeVries, her former tenant's conviction is a relief, but hardly something to celebrate.
