A jury last week cleared a 33-year-old city man of charges he took sexually explicit photographs and a video of a 15-year-old girl last year. Manuel Santiago, 1020 Mifflin St., Apt. 1, was found not guilty of taking the photos and the video in his home between July 9 and 19 last year.
