JURY ACQUITS URBANA MAN OF ARMED ROBBERY

URBANA – A Champaign County jury Friday acquitted an Urbana man of a stickup that occurred more than a year ago. Douglas Cooper, 19, of the 900 block of North Harvey Street, had been charged with the March 31, 2007, armed robbery of Steven J. Scott, 24.
