JURY 30 YEARS IN MOLESTATION

A Spotsylvania jury yesterday recommended a 30-year prison term for a man who molested his former girlfriend's 11-year-old sister. Carlos Lovos-Rivas, 26, was convicted of forcible sodomy and aggravated sexual battery in Spotsylvania Circuit Court. He was cleared of a second forcible sodomy charge....
