Biographical Information

John is originally from Mobile, Alabama. It is where he was born, went to high school and where his parents still reside. John has lived in Arizona, Kansas, Louisiana, Washington, DC, South Carolina, Mississippi, Florida and Alabama. John was named a Bedsole Scholar and attended the University of Alabama on full scholarship. There, he received a Bachelors Degree and a Juris Doctorate (Law Degree), was named Senior Editor of the Law & Psychology Law Review, involved with the Student Government Association and undertook many other activities. He volunteered at an alternative school, working with kids who were born to dire circumstances. After graduation from law school, John accepted a judicial clerkship in Mobile before moving to Jacksonville, Florida, where he has resided for over a decade.

John has worked hard establishing himself as a top attorney. He is licensed to practice law in Florida, Georgia and Alabama, as well as in many Federal Courts. He became a named member of the firm of Dore, Lanier & Phillips at age 32 and left Dore & Phillips at age 35 to pursue BTSA, the Breakthrough Sports Agency, and work with the largest personal injury firm in the nation, advocating for 100's of clients. He left there and has started his own firm and represents a broad base of clients like his grandfather and great grandfather before him. As a trial lawyer, John has been recognized as a leader in the industry and accomplished attorney by several regional and national entities and publications.
