John J Malm

Biographical Information

John J. Malm is a trial lawyer with 18 years of litigation experience. John's personal injury litigation practice is concentrated in Cook, DuPage, Kane, and Will Counties, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, insurance coverage, and fraud litigation.

John has distinguished himself as a trial lawyer in complex tort litigation, successfully overcoming governmental tort immunity. John has also achieved a record of accomplishment in the Illinois Appellate Court.

In 1992, John joined the law firm, Clausen Miller, P.C., as a summer associate attorney in Chicago, Illinois. He continued to work for Clausen Miller throughout his final year of law school, and was made a full-time associate in 1993. At Clausen Miller, John represented plaintiffs in complex tort litigation in both state and federal court, in cases involving fire, explosion, injury and product liability.

In 1997, John established the Law Offices of Stime & Malm, Wheaton, Illinois, concentrating his litigation practice in bodily injury and wrongful death cases. John was selected as litigation counsel in one of the largest contested estates in Du Page County, In Re the Estate of Ann L. Cuneo.

In 2001, the Law Offices of John J. Malm, P.C. was established. The firm opened its brand new offices in Naperville in 2003. John J. Malm, P.C. is a results-oriented personal injury law firm representing individuals and families who have suffered injury or loss due to an accident.
