Jillian M Tindall

Biographical Information

Ms. Tindall received her Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon in 1998, and she is licensed in Nevada and Kansas. Ms. Tindall's earlier background experiences involve thousands of hours of work in crisis advocacy for victims of domestic violence, and she received a combined B.A. degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Oregon, in 1996, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with honors in Psychology for her Autism research with Oregon Health Sciences University, and her thesis on Autism, and study of behavioral differences among gender groups. She is a recipient of multiple scholarships and awards, and memberships based upon service and academic achievements, including, but not limited to, Phi Theta Kappa, Phi Beta Kappa, Golden Key, University of Oregon's Senior Woman of the Year (American Association of University Women), and worked for years as a Crisis Advocate, for Battered Persons Advocacy, in Roseburg, Oregon, 1993-1996. Prior to attending the University of Oregon, Ms. Tindall pursued studies in early childhood education. Ms. Tindall has experienced personally being on the client's side of the bench, and is the proud mother of three children (two of whom are grown), and two grandchildren. She has been practicing law in the domestic relations area for over a dozen years.
