Biographical Information

Jeff is a partner at Kellogg & Palzer, P.C., with an emphasis on small business planning, estate planning and probate. The firm also practices in the areas of Adoption Law, Trust Administration, Wills, Guardianship, Conservatorship, Corporate Law, Personal Injury, Discrimination and Employment Law. Jeff is a regular Continuing Education seminar presenter on Estate Planning, Probate and Business Planning, and is currently an adjunct faculty member at Kaplan University, teaching Contracts, Estate Planning, Business Law and Ethics. Jeff graduated from Creighton Law School in 1994, with honors. Jeff serves as Legal Advisor to several nonprofit organizations, including Essential Pregnancy Services, Catholic Engaged Encounter, Second Chance in Life and the Pope Paul VI Institute, as well as being a member of the Estate Planning Committee of the Archbishop's Committee for Development of the Omaha Archdiocese.
