Biographical Information

Jeff Mauzy is a West Virginia native. He graduated summa cum laude with a degree in history from West Virginia University. He earned his JD from Washington & Lee University School of Law, where he was co-winner of the Roy L. Steinheimer Commercial Law Award.

Jeff's practice focuses on litigation, with particular interests copyright, trademark and commercial litigation. He also handles criminal defense cases and does pro bono work through Legal Aid of West Virginia.

Jeff currently lives in Oak Hill with his wife, Kristin, sons, Tate and Eric, and stepdaughter, Megan. He is a second-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, former head instructor of Greenbrier Valley Tae Kwon Do Academy, and has studied numerous other styles of martial arts. In addition to martial arts, he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, sports, and watching WVU football and basketball fanatically.
