Jason E. Havens, LL.M., P.L.L.C. is the managing attorney/member of the law firm of Havens & Miller, P.L.L.C., practicing in its Destin, Florida (also serving Bluewater Bay, Santa Rosa Beach, and Rosemary Beach) and Brentwood, Tennessee (also serving Nashville) locations. Mr. Havens specializes in complex estate and charitable gift planning law for affluent individuals and families and on behalf of charitable organizations. He is board certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates Law by The Florida Bar and as an Estate Planning Law Specialist (EPLS) by the Tennessee Commission on Legal Education and Specialization, an agency of the Supreme Court of Tennessee.
