I am a criminal defense attorney based in San Antonio, Texas, in my 11th year of criminal practice. I have handled thousands of criminal cases, with experience ranging from Class C Misdemeanors (tickets) to first degree felonies and federal offenses, including DWIs, assaults/sexual assaults, white collar cases, narcotics related offenses, murder/capital murder cases, and most types of cases in between. I have tried nearly 90 jury trials to a verdict, getting "not guilty" verdicts for my clients in about a dozen counties throughout Texas and Federal District Court.
