HOLLYWOOD VIDEO OKS SETTLEMENT

Hollywood Video has reached a 46-state settlement over erroneous late fees and other charges that could affect as many as 200,000 New Yorkers. The settlement reached Friday requires a reversal of all negative credit reports and prohibits reporting such debt in the future.
