$217,500 Settlement - Brain Injury

Settlement for a Mt. Clemens car accident that resulted in a traumatic brain injury and herniated discs to client. Client was injured when she was rear-ended by another car driven by an uninsured driver. Her no-fault insurance company also improperly denied her benefits.
