FORMER W.VA. SUPREME COURT JUSTICE MILLER DIES

Former Supreme Court Justice Thomas Miller, 79, died Tuesday at his Wheeling home. Miller was elected to the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals in 1976. He was elected to a second 12-year term on the court in 1988, and retired on Aug. 30, 1994.Related Supreme Court Stories:
